Welcome to Tanglefoot Training Centre, now celebrating 20 years in business, and fully committed to your health and wellness, fitness and function!

With our membership structure for Individuals, Couples, and Families, you can enjoy 365 days of access to the facility, private or semi-private training in the weight room, and shared access to the beautiful main studio. Members receive a 25% discount on classes, and annual members receive up to a month of extension for vacation time! If you’re just visiting our lovely town, or curious to see how Tanglefoot suits you, purchase a one week pass to check us out!

Personal Training packages (private or semi-private) are available with Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Heather Bourchier, and you can also contact her (call or text 250-427-5210) if you’d like to come in for a look at the facility.

If classes are what you’re looking for, we have a great line up of Cardio and Strength Circuits, Spin classes, STOTT Pilates Mat and Reformer training, YOGA classes, Contemporary Dance, Ballet Barre, and Creative Dance for Kids. You don’t have to be a member to register for classes, and we are pleased to offer customized scheduling, and discounts for those who sign up for 3 or more classes per week.
