IN PERSON PILATES CLASSES
With the exception of Pilates Essentials, the other classes will be running over the full 8 week season (Sept 8 to Oct 29).
UPRIGHT PILATES with Heather NEW!
Based on Pilates Principles, this class includes focused breathing, gentle movements and stretching, core activation, plus balance and strengthening exercises done in seated and standing positions. In the Fall, this class will be Tuesdays at 10:45am, from Sept 8 to Oct 27.
PILATES ESSENTIALS – This beginner class focuses on the principles of STOTT Pilates mat training. We follow a progressive learning approach in this program, gradually building the connection with our core, and developing the foundation for improving strength and stability. In the Fall, the first 6 week series will be on Tuesdays at 6:45pm OR Thurdays at 12:00pm, from Sept 22 (or 24) to Oct 27 (or 29). There will be another series later Fall, from Nov 3 to Dec 17.
PILATES INTERMEDIATE – These classes are for those who’ve completed the Essentials program and are ready for more challenge, and the integration of small equipment. The Intermediate classes include a hybrid (in-person and livestreaming) class on Tuesday at 4:00pm, and in-person classes on Tuesday at 5:30pm, Thursday at 9:15am and Thursday at 10:30am. The first FALL series runs from Sept 8 to Oct 29, 2026.
PILATES REFORMER TRAINING – Heather also offers private or semi-private training on the Reformer training. The Reformer has a moving platform, tension springs and various accessories to both support, and challenge the body. Based on Pilates principles, the Reformer provides a highly effective way to build whole body strength and stability in a more private setting (bookings for one to three people). Please contact Heather directly to discuss this option, and make arrangements.

All levels of experience are welcome, and these classes are accessible with registrations for six week sessions, or drop ins may be available, space permitting.
