TRAIL TREKKING

TRAIL TREKKING!
This program runs from late April to late September and typically includes 3 sessions, Spring, Summer and Fall. Our outings are approximately 2 hours, with a weekly Trek on Tuesdays at 9:30am, and a couple of Sunday TREKS each month (usually at noon in the Spring and earlier in the Summer).

This program is a great way to improve your fitness, prepare for hiking season, and explore our beautiful, local trails in the safety of a guided group. Meeting locations are posted on this page, and also sent directly to those people in the email group. It is OK to bring your four legged friends on these outings, provided they are leashed when we gather and in your control on the trail.

SPRING SCHEDULE 2025!
The weekly Tuesday Treks will run from April 22 to June 24, 2025 (10 weeks). These outings start at 9:30am and will be approximately 2 hours (the first couple may be slightly shorter). The meeting location will vary each week, and will be posted on this page, and also emailed out to those on the group email. If you’d like to be added to this list, please contact “info@tanglefoot.ca”.

The Sunday Treks in the Spring, will start at 12pm, and we’ll have a couple each month. There will be two in May, including May 4 and May 25, 2025. Meeting locations will be posted on this page, and also emailed out to the group.
