YOGA with Brooke
This class is designed to help you connect with your body, release tension, improve mobility and achieve a deep sense of peace. Brooke has a gentle, therapeutic approach and welcomes all levels of experience. This class is running on Tuesdays, from 9:00 – 10:15am, and the current series is running to June 16 (no class June 2). Available with registration, or drop in.
TRAIL TREKKING with Heather
This program is a great way to improve your fitness, prepare for hiking season, and explore our beautiful, local trails in the safety of a guided group. Our regular SPRING CHEDULE will run from Tues, April 21 to June 16 (9 weeks). These outings start at 9:30am and are approximately 2 hours. There are also occasional Weekend Treks (Saturday or Sunday) which will start at 12pm in the Spring, and shift to an earlier start time in the summer.
