Brooke Mauws
(Yoga with Brooke)

Originally from Manitoba, Brooke began her wellness journey in 2018 when she travelled to India, driven by curiosity and a desire to learn. She gained perspective after completing 400 hours of Yoga Teacher Training, and experienced the healing benefits of a regular yoga practice. This inner shift inspired her to extend her stay in India, to further explore the ancient wisdom f Yoga. The following year she moved to New Zealand where she taught weekly Hatha and Restorative classes. She is now in the process of completing an 800 hour Yoga Therapy program with Ajna Yoga Therapy College, based in Victoria, and this program, combined with her Kinesiology Diploma from College of the Rockies, and CSEP Personal Trainer Certification, have prepared her to provide high quality instruction and guidance for a broad spectrum of yoga clients.

Brooke is committed to creating a supportive space for individuals to soften and find stillness, while also offering movements that cultivate strength and stability. She offers a gentle approach to guiding movement, inviting participants to explore and modify their practice to honour their own unique needs.
