Heather Bourchier    Heather Bourchier

     Heather Bourchier is the owner and founder of the Tanglefoot Training Centre in Kimberley. Heather is a passionate fitness educator, with over 40 years of experience in the industry. She has a BPE in Human Kinetics, and is an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, a CFES Weight Training and Group Fitness Instructor (and Instructor Trainer), a Reebok Certified Cycling Instructor, and Certified STOTT Pilates Instructor for Mat, Reformer, and Injuries and Special Populations.

With a broad skill set, Heather can help you progress, regardless of your starting point. She is a talented instructor and coach, with an inclusive and respectful approach to her clients. She has successfully developed Kimberley’s first, full service fitness and wellness facility, which is now celebrating 19 years in service. More than that, she has fostered and is supporting a wonderful community of clients committed to their health and wellness, fitness and function.

Beginner/Intermediate Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga

     Kirsten Guest is an E-RYT Registered Yoga Teacher and a Certified iRest® Teacher. Kirsten has been a yoga and meditation teacher for 20+ years, and has been the principle yoga instructor at Tanglefoot since it opened in Kimberley.

Kirsten is the Director of Teacher Certification for the Institute of Integrative Restoration, a non-profit whose mission statement is to ease suffering through the teaching of meditation that is easily practiced and accessible to all. Kirsten is an ardent student of movement and the body and teaches yoga asana in a way that promotes optimal posture, comfort and ease of movement to support one’s everyday activities.

Meditation is a key component of every class taught by Kirsten, and she has personally found that iRest meditation has helped her cope with the challenges that life inevitably brings. She is passionate about sharing the non-dual teachings of iRest with various groups, as well as working with individuals interested in finding more ease in their day to day journeys.

Zoe Ramdin

Zoë Ramdin
Early Morning Yoga

     Zoë has been with Tanglefoot since 2015, and has been teaching for over five years. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher, Certified Yoga Therapist, Personal Training Specialist, Nutrition Counsellor and Fascial Stretch Therapist.

Full of energy and passion for her students and their successes, Zoë teaches by example through living a full and active life. She loves anything that gets her moving and outside: cross-country skiing, mountain biking, snow-shoeing, hiking, backpacking, climbing, road-biking, etc. She has helped students find greater mobility, weight loss, increased energy and all-over improved wellness.

Having grown up in Kimberley she believes the people and the town to be the best, and is grateful to be able to guide others to their full health potential here.
