Weight Room Circuit Training
This six week program is for a maximum of six participants with previous weight training experience, or for those who’ve completed an introduction to weight training. Enjoy a variety of group resistance workouts in the weight room!
Intro to Weight Training (for two)
This program is for beginner weight trainers (maximum of two participants). Over two sessions, participants will become familiarized and more confident with the proper use of weight training equipment and resistance training technique.
